Listen to your body. If you feel that your body is strained then you may want to cut back on your normal limits to weights that are comfortable to your state of strain. A massage would also do wonders.
Naturally it always helps to warm up and cool down at the start and end of exercise.
As for quick pain relief, perhaps deap heat might do the trick for a particular area though you should check with your pharmacist or physical trainer.

Be sure that you are eating enough calories (but still not more than you burn) to maintain a good energy level. Try spreading your meals out through the day, say 4-6 smaller meals, if you aren't already. Also, as mentioned, take a day off between strenuous workouts. One day rest allows your muscles to recover but don't take too much time off or your workout will be in vain. Best of luck!

Rest, rest and then more rest. If you truly are exhausted, your body is telling you that it's had enough. Lots of liquids and eat . Eat fruits and veggies and protein if you have hit the weights hard.
