If it's really getting that bad, then get to somewhere safe. ER if there is nowhere else.
Best. A fellow bipolar.

Life does get difficult. It always seems like nothing goes right. Over worked under paid. Inflation, taxes, relationships, family, school, nothing seems right. I feel like that everyday and so do alot of other people. My Grandmother would tell me how hard they had it in the past "HA" , that's a joke. Life is getting harder for everybody. I used to get so upset. It gets easier as you get older. The depression and anxiety become less and less everyday. You start to realize that it's not so bad. For every 1 door that closes 2 more will open and things will always get better. This might not be the best advise but I also smoke Marijuana. 1 or 2 puffs and a Bob Marley Cd will put anybody in a good mood. Works everytime.

Sweetie, suicide is never the answer. If you are having these thoughts, see a counselor or check yourself into a hospital.
Do you have a Bible? Get it out and start reading the Book of John in the New Testament. It's all about God's incredible love for you! You were created in His image, a special creation, different than any other person in the world. You are of great value to God. He wants the best for your life. He can give you the strength to get through these hard times. I have learned to trust Him through some really horrible stuff in my life. HE is an awesome Father, kind and loving. Call on His name, He will comfort you!
Please go talk to a professional.

sometimes in that situation it helps to look at someone elses life who is a lot worse and realize that you really dont have it that bad and be thankful for that, Like theres people w/children in cancer treatment. A mans wife and kids were killed in a car accident stuff like that. A bad week I've had a bad 5 years things can always get worse so be careful with your karma. Will you people stop telling Ryan to pray!? Not everyone believes in your God(s).
Suicide is not the answer. It is a permanent solution to a temporary problem. I understand that life can seem overwhelming sometimes and that you just want to quit. Try and find 5 things today that you appreciate, being able to breathe, having person x, y, z in your life, spaghetti...whatever makes you appreciate life. Also, please talk to your prescribing doctor, you may need different meds to balance your pain.

Everyone has bad news and things go wrong in their life. Sometimes it comes in buckets, but we just have to hang in there and sort them out one by one. Do alot of praying, as God is your friend and will see you through this in time, maybe not as fast as you would like, but there is a rainbow on the other side. Try to surround yourself with friends and family, who care and will listen to you and also help by doing things to take your mind off of your troubles for awhile. Suicide is not the answer, it just makes it harder on your loved ones. You do have those that care, it's just a busy world out there and people need to be reminded that you need them now. Hang in there, you will get through this.

If you are indeed thinking suicide, get help now. Suicide hot line, a hospital or anything.Call a friend or family member to be near you. Anything, but I don't recommend staying alone. In my times of need, I have always'' Gone To the Cross''. Pray, go to GOD and LAY IT ALL BEFORE HIM. Trust me !! He says to" Ask, and you shall receive,Seek, and you shall find, Knock , and the door shall be opened up to you ". Serious business ! It has always worked for me !! I will pray also.

I think you should pray to your Heavenly Father, and just relax, watch a funny movie or go for a walk, do somthing that makes you happy, get your mind off of all bad things, just think possitive! It will be alright. Suicide it not worth it, life is wonderful, you can be happy, just have faith!

How about calling the professional who prescribed the meds and tell him/her that you are having some negative situational occurrences that are affecting your mood and the medications are not sufficient to handle this.
