I am not sure about the color....but you are describing what I know as tonsillitis. You may need an antibiotic....go to your doctor. It isn't always a good idea to try and get a diagnosis here, we are not doctors.

Actually they are compacted mucus usually caused by a sore throat that swells up and holds the mucus in a roughend part of the back of the throat and sticks there for a long time until it gets dislodged. Everyone from time to time gets these, smokers or not. If they become frequent, you should probably see your doctor as it could be a sign an infection is brewing.

It's an abscess, for sure. But I don't understand how toe abscess if there after the tooth was moved. I had one when I was younger but it was on a baby tooth. When the tooth was removed, the abscess went away. I'm sure it's just the infection leaving the body.

See your doctor, it sounds like an infection of sorts. Especially if they are full of pus and they smell bad.

It sounds like tonsilitis get some antibiotics from you Doctor...or gargling salty water will help also your Doctor may advise this rather than giving you antibiotics they dont like handing them out so easily anymore......well in the uk they dont.......

hmmm i think everyone gets them i think its just food that stayed there and sometimes u cough them up! nothing to worry about just brush your teeth after u spit them up
