Your bones won't be able to get bigger with anything, you muscles can though. You can drink milk though and that will help your bones stay strong because you need calcium in your diet. If you don't like milk you can take calcium supplements.

The best way is to drink milk. Working out builds muscle not bone. Supplements dont work as well as the real thing. Got milk?

the only way to grown bone density is by getting injections from your doctor call decca durabolin. DECCA 250.
if he wont give it to you the only way to get strength is shark cartilage pills, calcium pills etc. the wont grow but they will be stronger. stop drinking anything with caffine in it as it decays bones and breaks down calcium deposits on joints.
