Sadly, you cannot spot reduce. You lose fat all over your body at the same time. You just notice it more in the areas that your body stores it the most. To reduce those areas remember to:
Pull your abs to your spine when you do crunches, when you walk, when you sit, all the time. If you let them hang out, they will.
Burn more calories than you eat.
Cut your fat intake.
Eat three cups of fat free low cal yogurt a day (make sure it has live cultures in it) and pineapples. This helps you break down your food.
Do 45-60 min. of aerobic exercise a day (preferably before you eat in the morning). This will attack the fat. Try to supplement your training with some running, running stairs or hills, and cycling. Mix it up, it will keep your body guessing.
Do 30 min of weight training three times a week. This will build lean muscle which will in turn burn fat.
Keep moving all the time. Tap you feet while at the computer, tap you hands on your legs while walking. Keep moving and keep burning calories.
I lost 40 lbs in two months and have kept it off for three more months doing this. I also took my body fat % from 30% to 14% and my waist from 36 inches to 32.

Exercise or no exercise you won't be able to lose the weight if you don't cut your food intake but we all know that's pretty hard, right? A good appetite suppressant can help you out big time but it has to be natural or you can get into serious heath problems.
I lost 38 lbs in 2 months by using garcinia cambogia extract (FDA approved 100% natural). In my first month 26 and then 12 the second month. I was an emotional eater and these supplements changed my life. They act like an appetite suppressant so I didn't feel like eating anymore. Not hungry anymore -> Lower calories -> Lose weight, simple as that. I did no exercises just 20 minutes walks 5 days a week.
It's been 4 months since I lost the weight and I did not gain any pounds back, actually I lost another 5 lbs (I stop taking them after I lost the weight). If you want to take a look here is a website where you can find discounts: http://www.garciniacambogiapromo.com I got them 30% off from here. Hope this helps!

If you have stubborn belly fat, the only way you can reduce your fat is by doing aerobic exercises. During activities like swimming, rowing and walking, enough oxygen is supplied to the body to burn fat. Fat is burned from all over the body, including the stomach. It's difficult for woman to focus weight loss in those areas since it's primarily where we carry weight. However, you can incorporate more cardio into your workout to get rid of excess fat in the body. Once fat deposits have been eaten up in other areas, your body will have to resort to the stomach and hips area. I use Billy Blanks' BootCamp Lower Body and Rock Solid Abs to work on my hips, thighs, and abdominals. It's a lot of fun too. Best of luck!

It is hard to "spot reduce" certain areas of your body that you would like to lose body fat. People accumulate body fat in different areas for genetic reasons.
You need to include a weekly workout routine (you did not say anything about one in this question) to help promote overall weight loss.
There are tons of questions already answered about workout ideas and diets already on here, just do a search.

For the belly i use an ab lounger, they are expensive so try a few garage sale or the classifieds. Also there are some diet pills like Cortisol that advertise that they specifically work on those areas, you might try one of those. You can get a generic version at
Wal-mart a lot cheaper than the ones on TV.

Hey let me tell you mine own story :
I was 19 years old with a very thin body :( I was doing gym with protein shakes but nothing helped me. I started growing bigger after 22 yrs and I must say losing weight is much harder than gaining weight.
To lose weight : Exercise + https://tr.im/DailyNewsTrends
To gain weight : Gym + Carbohydrates
