I have thick hair and lots of it. Whenever I try curling my hair the curls always fall out whether or not I use hairspray. Its very frustrating. the only time the curls ever stayed was years ago when a professional did it. How can make my curls stay? Are there better curling irons then others or should i use rollers? Any suggestions? I just want to be able to have some cute curls that will last longer than a half hour?

Wash your hair, then towel dry it a bit, then comb a handful of Mousse through it and scruch it up. Blow dry it upside down with a diffuser. That will only work if you have a little bit of natrual curl to your hair. You can also try using curl inhancing shampoo ( I recomend john frieda) and curl gel.
good luck!

Spray it after rolling it and buy a hood dryer...

If it's real thick, it will naturally take longer to dry and if you remove the rollers before it does, it will always fall.

Sometimes sleeping in rollers is bad for your hair and really uncomfortable... But I have done it...
