I am a 40 yearl old women & normally walk for 30mins. 4 -5 times a week.

yes it is.
And make sure to go to classes 2 - 3 times a week. If you only go once a week or less, you will have aches and pain after EVERY class.
Once you get into a 2 - 3 classes per week rhythm, your aches will go away and you will feel much better.

Yes, it is normal. Don't worry, aerobics exercise the workout is more than ur normal walking exercise.

If it pain for more than 3 days, than u have to get worried.

Yes, it's normal. You're using muscles you probably forgot you had for a while, and they are protesting. Give yourself a day to let them rest and get stronger, and then do it again! Only consistency while yield results.

That's typical - you're using muscles that you may not use in walking and the lactic acid builds up

if you are not use to the workout of the aerobis then it will be a little uncomfortable until you get used to it
