When my wife and I got married, we got our license at the county courthouse in Vernon, TX. It was real simple, but I forget how much it cost (I do remember there was a cost involved). Anyhow, just ask at any county courthouse.

The State Rodeo, they issue lariats, saddles and reins. The rest is up to you.
