There are several remedies. Tylenol or Aspirin and a full glass of water, a massage from your neck and over your scalp, then across your forehead and down around your ears. And yes, a cold compress too, depending on what's causing your headach.

get a bag of ice some headache medicine and and a hole lot of water.u can put your feet in hot water to and just relax and block out all noise.
