Sometimes things happen for a reason. Look at like that. Maybe from forces unseen did this for a reason like maybe to save your life. Maybe if you had went to that college something bad would have happened. Maybe you're being diverted somewhere else for the good of it all.
Sometimes you need to put a positive spin on things for 1 to feel better about what was decided. 2 Because maybe forces unseen has a better plan for you. 3 The college that you will be going to will probably be the place where you get better grades, meet fantastic people, including your future spouse.
I'm basically trying very hard to make you feel better but at the same time I need you to let your mind think. Let your mind dream on the other positive possibilities.
When things happen out of the ordinary, there is always a reason for it. So you have to always remain positive and make it work for you. Yes I understand that you're depress but you really need to get up out of the bed or stop walking around like someone just killed you new puppy and get those brain cells moving again. I know this might be a girl thing but some guys like it too. Go Shopping! It works for me! Keep in touch!

If it's a financial situation, then look for grants that you qualify for, in the mean time go to a school that is accredited, but affordable for a while when your grants are approved transfer. If it is more like SAT or ACT scores or your grade point avg. wasn't acceptable. Take the same advise from what I said earlier, get your GPA up then transfer, but I would still try for grants and any other type of assistance but I wouldn't get depressed about it, find a way to make it happen. If that's the school you want to go to. Take the depression and turn it into motivation.

I do not know whether this will help you or not, but I work at a University & we only accept 1 of every 6 or 7 who apply, so I would think many of your friends are in your same shoes. I hope you can get into your second choice.

some issues I do to get out of feeling unhappy. Get some greater sleep. whilst i'm unhappy an outstanding greater hours of sleep and relax can help. save a pay attention and proceed to seek for something to boost my spirits. Like one time i became feeling tremendously unhappy and that i merely stored searching for sparkling stuff to liven up my day. in any case i became searching for sparkling song and that i discovered an artist I merely enjoyed and it gave the impression to be the beginning up of me popping out of my unhappiness. i be attentive to it extremely is tough for you atheist types yet i discover attempting to no longer take life so heavily helps with thoughts of unhappiness. You ever notice how the persons stepping into fights at school are those that get disillusioned whilst stated as a infantile call? properly to me it extremely is the same component with unhappiness those maximum effected via it are people who take it the main heavily. So merely undesirable a bubble tub or what ever you're able to desire to take a seat back. On a philosophical point i think of being elementary including your self is the final thank you to avert getting disillusioned or unhappy mentally. despite the fact that this might additionally convey approximately rigidity for awhile in case your no longer being very elementary including your self at present. i think of that's properly worth it to handle the stress now then to look ahead to later to handle it. for sure your point of fact has lots to do with what you have found out and if what you have found out is twisted in some way then this could be all that particularly greater of a conflict.

if you are feeling depressed about not getting into the college you wanted, its often helpful to see a counselor and talk about it a bit. if you really are depressed, they can refer you to a psychiatrist if they feel medication is needed. Counseling really does work wonders though, you should give it a try.

I would say that doesnt constitute actual depression, but probably does make the need for counseling a great idea if you think it does.
