the new internet explorer7?

I had download the new IE7 n the default homepage is MSN. I try to change it in the Tools/Internet Options to Yahoo! but can't. It still jump to to the default MSN. What happened??

Try going to you set programs & access defaults and go to customise and change it there. look under start by control panel or at top on left
