With Finely chopped tomato's,peppers, and chorizo sausage, all mixed together with olive oil, or balsamic dressing, or with an olive and butter bean mash, and a jus of your choice, which is a very fine gravy you can make with fish stock, or you could add some orange zest in there, or make a cream sauce with fish stock, or Hollandaise. Garlic mash is also very tasty. Maybe with some spinach, Celeriac, Chicory, Parsley, or you could make a fish curry?

2 Tbl. margarine on bottom of pan medium heat...place fillets in melted margarine...season with salt, lemon pepper (or pepper and lemon juice), smidge of garlic powder, and dried parsley flakes, sprinkle lightly with unseasoned bread crumbs...cook for a while to get the moisture out of the margarine, then cover to finish...OR they can be done in the oven with the same recipe.
If you cook them in a pan they can be placed under the broiler for a minute or so to crisp the top...Optional.
