What do u mean by long term? If you want to rent a house for a year in Didim Altınkum, you have to pay approx YTL10000 (€5000). Of corz its changable by the distance to the beach, size of the house, apartment or detached.
My parents have a summer house in Altınkum and its empty in winters. Its a detached dublex nice house, 300 meters to the beach. My parents live there from May till September. They live in Ankara in winter. If u want to rent it till May 2007, contact me by mail: aykal.info@yahoo.com.
