Atheism is the rioght way to go. any other is false, and dangerious as evidenced by past Christian, and present Islamic terorists. Both reluigiona got their stsart form the Jews of Israel which do not recognize them as true children of God.

As for Mormons, Methodists, and aptist.
They all follow the same cult leader "Jesus Christ". Jesus was a jewish man who lived about2600 years ago in the Middle East portion of what is now Israel.
Jesus like many of the modern day preachers decided he did't like the leadership or the direction they were headed.
He honestly seem to be more interested in the poor and mistreated, and seem upset that the religious jewish leaders would put their Roman owners ahead of the poor of the area.
He Jesus attracted so much attention with the small folowing he geathered around him that the jewish leaders made a decision that he was a threat to the easy life style they enjoyed under their Roman conquerers. They sought and got permission to have Jesus tried under a Roman Court of law and punished by Cruxifiction.
They seceeded, and even though Christ wa sdead his small band of followers kept his name alive in rumors, and stories of his Godlike powers. About 450 year slater the Roman Emperor decide he could better centralized his Government with one central religion and one Goid as the ONe God idea was beganing to prove easier to control the faithful. He decided on Christ as the son of God and established the"Holy Roman Catholic Church".
A few hundred years later the peopleof Europe were fed up wioth the kind of various countries controlinjg their religion(Catholic) and protested by starting their own branch of the Catholic Church. This branch became known as the Prostestant churches.
A few hundred years later soem of the people In America decided they had enough of their religious leaders and their control, and began forming their own churches such as the Mormon, and Methodist which many beleive broke form the Baptist.
In North Carolina a country preacher with no particular faith, and inclined not to work too hard began a ministery of faith on horse back (or mule back). He travel the hills and valleys of North Carolina preaching his faith tio those whio could not reach churches due to time and transportation/distance.

This was the beganning of the Baptist Church. (nope the Baptist church did not start with John The Baptist).
Later this church also spilt in to different sects.
This basically is how we ended up with all of these different churches.

Until in recent years Christianity was as harsh a church as Religion is under Islam today, and many people were killed before religious freedpom was estasblished.
The main event behind the establishment of religious freedom was the Founding of the United States of America. The first Country ever in which religion did not play a part in the Federal Government. This Mean the Government was limited also in what effectit couold force on the people.
That this country is the greatest ever is due to it's Constitutional decree that " RELIGION SHOULD HAVE NOT SAY OR PART IN THE GOIVERNMENT, NOT SHALL THE GOVERNMENT INTERFER IN RELIGION".

I wouldn't say were better. It depends on what you believe or want out of life. If you are looking for salvation through hard work, then yes, I would definitely look into the LDS church. I warn you, people will chastise you for wanting to do so. There are many enemies of the church. I will not pressure you but here is an excellent web site. lds.org. The site explains some of our beliefs and has some good links. You can even request a missionary visit or a book of Mormon. As far as being better, we don't think we're better than anyone else!.

No. Catholicism is the best, because it is the true religion established by Jesus Christ , Himself, if you analyze it very carefully. It is not diluted. Historical lineage from the present pope to the very first pope in the person of St Peter, proves it. At first, it was just one universal church until breakaway groups, or protestants formed initiated by Martin Luther, John Calvin and King Henry the VIII. Sure there were also church abuses that caused these breakaways. But then again, the protestants, wanted to be saved but they want to make their own rules to fit their needs. They divided the universal church of Christ, for many motives such as the huge revenues created by religious sects and because of, most especially the call of the flesh or carnal desires.

Denomination doesnt matter, its just a label. As long as they are teaching truth and not leading people away.
I heard of a methodist church promoting abortion
I heard of a baptist church promoting some Goddess
All churches are capable of falling victim to the enemy, just as all are capable of being blessed with the holy spirit. Please pray for your church's leaders, that they may be doing the will of the Lord God.

if you ask me i think any sect of christianity be it mormon baptist or methodist are all alike no matter what sect it is since there are over 34,000 sects world wide and only about 1500 sects here in america alone. so no sect of christianity is greater than another they are all the same to the core and all came from the judio religion beliefs.

I am Mormon, but I certainly wouldn't go around saying I'm better than every one of those other faiths you listed.

If your talking about the religions themselves, then that requires your own personal research and prayer. Try visiting the different churches, talking to members, reading the scriptures, and asking God what you should do.

best wishes

Nobody can answer this question for you except yourself. If you truly seek God in prayer and through reading His Word with an open heart and an open mind and faith even as small as a grain of mustard seed He will reveal His truth to you. It's up to you from that point to find the church that most closely matches that truth.

God bless you!
