For this time of year this is one of my favorites,
Hoof and horn, hoof and horn
all the dies shall be reborn
Vine and grain, vine and grain
all that falls shall rise again
Now for a spell casting chant that I know comes in useful this time of year
Asphalt, asphalt full of grace
help me find a parking space.

Seems like you're getting quite a few suspiciously fluffy answers.
I always assumed (not being Wiccan myself) that randomly throwing in the names of Goddess and Gods that seem to "fit" whatever occasion you're looking for is in fact rude and disrespectful as deities aren't meant to be called upon arbitrarily when you need them.

For raising energy? "Earth My body, Water my Blood, Air my Breath and Fire my Spirit."
Casting the Circle
By the earth that is her body /By the air that is her breath
By the fire of her spirit/ By the waters of her womb
As above, so below,/ The circle is made whole.

I write based on the moment and my needs, and sometimes just have things enter my head on the spur of the moment!
Here are some good and classic ones, including "We All Come from the Goddess."

I actually do not use chants. Most of the magick I use is in archaic languages, such as Old Inuit.
