I know that when a family of Sikhs moved into my neighborhood they had a lot of problems. Mostly, I think, was that people assumed they were Muslim and were wary of them. I got to know them and they were very nice and very moral. I learned about their faith and I hadn't known much about it before. Sadly they moved away and I feel sad to see their house sitting empty.

---- "Sikhs while tryin to maintain their cultural identity in a foreign land"----

"Turban" is not a "cultural Identity"---It is a religious practice-even Hindus in certain parts of North India wear Turbans as a part of their religious belieffs and during marriages it is compulsary-But they do not strictly adhere to,as Sikhs do.
