This is one of those tough ones that just won't go away!
Don't know, mate. I would probably go with b), but I am a natural slob, (which, in fact, is why I go to the gym before work in the mornings.)
There is a c) however. You could go to the gym and promise yourself a couple of pints after if you still want them. And d) is go to the pub with your mates and get a dirty burger but with the proviso that you tell everyone that you won't be joining them at the pub tomorrow because you are going to the gym, and which of them will be joining you?

This is a dilemma??? How old are you??? Man if you get to leave work early you never ever do anything healthy, and it has to be 5 o'clock somewhere!!! Head for the bar and throw back a few for me still here at work, and it's almost lunch time so a great big dirty burger with tons of greasy fries......

if you always eat healthy and go to the gym and you never get to leave early for work...then go for the beer and burger. but if you always always eat bad and get other days to leave early then hit the gym. im contemplating the same thing. should i go work out after work or just bum off and then go get some beer and hit a concert later?

neither! go straight home and eat a nice dinner if your wife has cooked one with plenty of vegetables surely that blots out the burger rubbish then go to your fridge get a can of beer out and spend the rest of the evening in together
