How did a smart guy like Bush get to be the President & twice & a hard working Congress, doing everything they could ,for the interes of the American people & not their own???!!!???

Well I like to go into the polls and vote for people based on how much I like their names. Then I go home and research the people and think about whether I made the right decision.
