Depending on how many people your going to feed, the amounts will vary. For four people take two pounds Kielbasa one pound of Spuds, one cup B. Sugar, two large cans Kraut, and two cups broth, and one large head of Cabbage. Cut the cabbage in strips, add the Sugar,Spuds, Broth and cook for about ten Minutes. Then add the kielbasa, and cook until the Kielbasa is fork tender, strain the juice off, and serve, with the juice on the side.

Don't know where you can adopt a Polish woman....but I absolutely love kielbasa & cabbage. I'm English born and make this dish regularly. My kids were brought up on it as were my grandchildren as well. Trick is where to buy really good authentic polish sausage...makes all the difference in the world. Chicago has some of the best Polish grocery stores and excellent sausage!!! Maybe you could find a good Polish woman there and just marry her!!
