you can't. thats why it is called permanent. You have to just let it grow out or cut it off at the new growth. Or you can try coloring over with a diff. shade depending on how dark your hair color is.

Wash with a clarifying shampoo, such as (the stuff in the lime green bottle). Or you could go to your salon and see if they can strip the color (damage for your hair though). Also you can put some highlights in (one of the box dyes with the highlight wand though) don't get to dramatic though. Good Luck!

Don't try it at home. I learn this the hard way in college...and ended up looking like a skunk.

Go to a salon and have someone help you....or wait for it to fade out on it's own.

Windex...

Sounds strange I know. But it gets Manic Panic out! and anything that can do that is great in my book!

Use at your own disgression as even though it does work... use it with the understanding that it is NOT meant for hair. I did it anyway though...

Disclaimer... I am not in anyway responsable if it does anything bad to you as if you decide to do it you will do so of your own free will...

It does work though.

I know the feeling. It's the pits. Frequent shampooing, rinse with white vinegar in warm water, go out in sun as much as possible.
Keep it conditioned.

wash your hair with dish detergent, this will help to strip some of the color, make sure you deep condition after this, because it will be very drying.
