Last year I went as mother nature with a big green flowing dress, and flowers in my hair. This year I want to appeal to my mysterious side. Have any suggestions, and be great with detail if you can

Yes, it is a very good movie, I love that and Princess Mononoke, but depending on how old she is, I would not recommend her watching PM.

Vampire
witch
Sorcerer
Wizard
Fairy
Those are some mysterous things. Also sinful to the Christain religion which is even better. I prefer vampires myself. Or u could go as to what u interupt what Death looks like. I've seen Grim Reaper and the whole angel of death. You'd think the angel of death would have black wings to show that he/she is death.

Be an evangelical preacher for Halloween. They're dark and mysterious, and pretty spooky if you think about it.

Go as Hindu Goddess Maa Kaali (she stands for 'power to kill the bad')
Kali is a feminine form of the Sanskrit word "kala," meaning "time". It also means "black". Kali has therefore been translated variously as "She who is time," "She who devours time," "She who is the Mother of time," "She who is black," and "She who is black time".
