Has anyone seen that commercial with a business man sitting at his desk, a Fairy on a plant and a leprechaun on his desk and he takes a picture while he shakes the camera back and forth and it comes out perfect? He shows it to the other guy in the office and says that his camera takes perfect pictures like that all the time. Does anyone know the make and model of that camera, I really wanted to get it but I wasn't sure who made it and the model name.

Well of course the commercial is a bit of an exaggeration...but you want to look for a camera that has "image stabilization" which is what it was showing. Lots of digital cameras have that feature -- basically the camera has sensors that sense the shaking or moving, and it moves either parts of its lens or the digital sensor itself to compensate (up to a point) for the shaking.
Canon, Panasonic, Sony, Olympus -- all make cameras with image stabilization features. Sometimes it's called anti-shake or something similar (as "image stabilization" is trademarked by Canon), but it's the same feature.
By the way, this has nothing to do with "blur," which is an out-of-focus picture. The two are completely different things :)
