You shouldn't get any removed
1st cause the scars that the removal will leave on your skin will be ugly.
2nd cause it hurts very much
Plus, you should keep this incident (we don't tattoo ourselves before we're 18+, tattoo artists are not insane to have this rule)as a life lesson and teach it to your children so they don't come across this problem in their lives.

There's no way of removing it totally, lasers can only fade it so it's unnoticable and can leave slight scarring You can have them covered up pretty easily; find yourself a good artist (go around all the shops in your area and ask to look at their portfolios, choose your favorite) and you can discuss your options to cover it up, they'll happily help you come up with a design Laser removal is very expensive; it costs around £100 for each session and generally takes between 5 and 10 sessions before the results are totally satisfactory As laser isn't 100% effective a lot of people choose to have it partially faded then gone over as dark lines are harder to work with when it comes to a cover-up

I don't know Y U would want 2 get either 1 removed. I got my 1st when I was 12. Why don't U get it covered instead? Or is it that U just don't want a tat anymore?
Myself I got my 1st tat covered and got 11 more works of art added to my collection =)

Why do you want to remove them?? They are both pretty much in places were you can't see them and you will have some scarring when you get them removed so i think you would be better off keeping them. It will look a lot nicer then the scar. Good Luck

Well, a rose tattoo is so cliché and tacky that that's probably the one I'd get rid of first. But I'm not a tattoo fan, so it's probably a good idea to get rid of them both.
Oh, and it's going to hurt like hell and be very, VERY expensive to do.

why are you wanting to remove only 1, or at all?? Depending on your age, I would just wait, you might change your mind again. If something is really bothering you, find out why and take care of the mental part, then decide if you still want to remove it.

Whichever one you like the least. If you are having that much trouble deciding which to remove, you must not be too keen on either one anymore, so I would remove them both.

They both sound hot, keep them both, of course if you are serious about removal, I'll have to see them to make the right decision *smiles* you can just send a picture, lol.
