balanced diet and lots of exercise. don't snack at nights and drink at least 8 glasses of water. I have lost 60 lbs in 12 months this way...and kept it off for another 12 months...at a plateau right now...but not discouraged!!!

Oh don't skip breakfast either and start your day with a glass of water and straight pure lemon juice no sugar added...

Weight Watchers has the highest success rate for long term weight loss. It works on a points system and allows you to eat everyday foods (meats and veggies are encouraged). You can go to a weekly meeting (about $12-14) or you can do an online program. Either way, it's easy and the weight comes off pretty quick!

Try this it was invented by a dietitian for obese people who need an operation in two weeks time.
There is enough for one week so freeze half freshly made to last the week.
I cheated and did it for a whole month every other month went from a 40in waist to a 32in without to much effort.

Operation Soup

Ingredients.

3 large onions
1 large or two small green peppers
1 bunch of celery
½ head of green cabbage
1 leek
2 tin chopped tomatoes
1 packet of French onion soup (any brand)
3 vegetable stock cubes (I use oxo)

Cut all vegetables into bite size pieces if your not going to liquidize.
Place all in a large pot add enough water to cover.
Simmer until vegetables are cooked add more water if necessary.

NOTE
To be eaten as a two meal replacement (largest and the smallest).
You can still have a light lunch or light evening meal.
Should not exceed 5 days at a time and 10 days a month.
You will pass more water so make sure you keep up your water intake.

Hi,
I've tried all different diets, and the weight loss is only temporary. I finally tried diet pills on the market are made from Hoodia. I saw this stuff on ABC News. It's all natural and safe, and it works! My wife took it for a month and dropped 20 pounds. I took it for a month and lost about 13 (but I didn't exercise).

I bought the natural hoodia from this website: http://www.alllsite.info/free-diet-pills.php . I checked the web site address so I can post it here and I saw they're running a promotion now to get a free 2 week sample for only $4.97! I'm going to order this supply for my wife and give it to her for Christmas =)

I've been dieting for 3 weeks and have lost 10.5lbs.

I cut out soda's ....

Have Special K (high fiber) or Oatmeal for breakfast.

Lunch is fruit ( melons and strawberrys)and either Tuna (with a lil bit of mayo...my weakness)or a small container with LS Turkey Breast fruit (lots of melons and strawberrys)

Dinner 2x weekFish(mahi or other white fish) Vegies and a small potrion of carbs(potato, rice or pasta. Weekends I allow myself heartier meals.

Snacks- Raw Carrots and cucumbers, small amount of raw nuts, or a small piece of cheese 2 oz.

I drink lots of water through the day.....but still have a couple beers when I get home(I like good beers so I haven't really tried the LITES).

Exercise I havent got into a regular routine....but its on my list. I ve been biking a couple times or doing stretching and sit-ups.

Just make your own plan and try it a few weeks to see what works for you!!!

the best diet and safest and probably most reccomended is the 3 healthy meals a day with lots of water and daily exercise. cut out as much fats and sugars as you can and bad foods.

going on these strict diets like atkins etc are no good for your body in the long run im afraid.

Try "Fit for life".
It works and you can eat everything but certain foods can not be mixed together because if they are , they slow down your metabolism. It is not really a diet, it is a way of eating. Diets do not work.

If you exercise enough you can eat anything. Diets don't ever work for the long term. Small portions and exercise! That's it!

My wife is a dietician and she thinks that Weight Watchers is the best. It lets you eat a variety of food and doesn't cut out complete food groups.
