OK, first of all, who do you hang out with, a bunch of heartless bit ches? Or are they just self-centered and stupid? Second, the feelings you are having are valid and serious and real, and a person doesn't just "get over it". You need to be heard, you need to talk to a professional, and it should be someone who has been a psychotherapist for a long time, not just any old "counselor", but someone with a PhD after their name. Do not let money or insurance be an issue, most docs will see you on a payment plan if you are truly in trouble. Do it today, call SOMEONE and tell them it's an emergency. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES EVER EVER EVER COMMIT SUICIDE!!!!

Tell yourself that you will at least wait and see if you can get some help. When things seem hopeless, tell yourself that there is ALWAYS hope, and if you hang in there, it will find you. This is the voice of experience talking, my dear, I have been where you are. It's hard to live with these feelings that we have. I have scars all over my legs to this day from self-injury, and have come close more than once to doing myself in. The thing that always made me chose not to go through with it was the suffering I knew I would cause my parents, my brother, my friends...not to mention my own spiritual aversion to such an act. We have to keep hanging in there, I believe, because we didn't do anything to deserve to be in this kind of pain, we deserve to be happy and live a full life. I swear on all four of my grandparent's graves, there is hope, and you are definitely not alone in this.

I would ask a favor of you now, would you please call someone and get some emergency care right away? I really feel like that is very important, that you talk to a therapist right away, as in NOW. Also, would you please email me and let me know you are still out there? I would appreciate that very much. I would be happy to be a friend to you, if you ever need to talk. I check my email everyday, usually before noon, (I'm in the Central time zone, U.S.), and a few times after that, so I would get back to you as soon as I got your message. At the very least, please, do call someone right away, OK? Remember, you are not alone, and some people, including myself, really care about you, and what happens to you. I hope to hear back from you, please see someone about this problem right away, OK? I leave you with something my therapist once told me...if you have been through all that pain, and you're still here, you're already a survivor.

Always here for you, if you need me,
josephine

Dear buddy, Suicide is in no way the reply. It is the worst technique to get out of the drawback that you're in. You have got to manage the insecurities that you simply face. You have got to grow to be the robust character that I recognize that you'll be able to be. Learn not to allow the ones individuals that that tease and taunt you get to you. For they themselves also are insure approximately themselves one way or the other or a different. For they actually have a low vanity or any other drawback that they have got to manage. Yes it isn't correct that they do those matters to you, however do not allow that be an excuse to finish some thing as necessary as a existence.

You urgently need to call either:
1) Your county mental health department, or
2) A free clinic in your area, or
3) A teaching hospital, that has psychiatrists on staff, or
4) Your primary care physician. He/she can refer you to one of the above resources.

DO IT NOW!! Good Luck!!

I think everyone at one point of their lives wanted to die. I know I did and when I really felt like dying I did NOT tell anyone. You want to see the reaction they get when you tell them you want to die. I also feel you don't be live that they love you, well guess what???? They do love you, everyone of them. You telling them this is hurting them. Just believe in yourself!!!!! Love yourself!!!! You're beautiful on the inside an out. Just remember---- out of something bad ALWAYS comes something good... Ask god for guidance!!!! Have a good life!!!!!

As someone that has tried to kill themself I can tell you don't give up. Keep telling people until you find someone that will take you seriously and listen to you. I don't know what it was that caused you to feel this way, but I can almost guarantee that someone has felt that way before. Myself, it was because of problems withing my family and feeling alone and isolated and that no one cared about me or anything that was going on in my life. I truely hope you find someone that can and will help you. If someone to talk to would help you, you are more than welcome to IM me. Please don't do it.

First of all u need to find out why u are doing this? why are you hurting yourself..there has got to be a reason, like ..were you abused as a child or did you have some kind of traumatic experience as a child? what is it? u have to deal with the root of the cause.

I suggest u go to a therapist asap! you need help. don't live your life this way.

First of all, don't kill yourself. Cutting releases chemicals into your body which make you feel better, almost like a drug. That's a quick fix.

But, you're somewhat chemically addicted to that feeling, and definitely talking to a professional counselor (psychiatrist or LCSW - social worker) will help greatly. You need a psychiatrist, if you need a prescription for chemical depression.
