Chow down on salad. I mean green, leafy salads. Add some cooked chicken breast (you can buy it already cooked and packaged by Purdue or Tysons). Just stay away from heavy, fattening dressings...use something lighter. You can eat as much as you want. Lettuce, cucumbers, carrots, celery, beans, peas, etc. (stay away from the mayo salads like potato, macaroni, pasta) .You can have that as late at night as you want and because there are no real carbs, you won't gain weight. It will help you burn calories all night while you sleep. I used to do this years ago when I didn't get home from work until 9pm. I'd eat it and go to bed. I lost a lot of weight.

If you have a huge appetite, you should take advantage by eating a variety of nutritious foods. Fruits and vegetables are great, but it is also good to introduce foods that you might not normally eat. Things like beans have a great deal of fibre and they fill you up, fatty fish, nuts and avocados. Avocados are great because like fish and nuts, they are chalked full of essential fatty acids, and fill you up. They key is not to use avocados in guacamole to go with a nacho platter. Add a slice to a turkey sandwich, instead of cheese.
Drinking tons of water helps, as well. Avoid sugary drinks as it makes you thirstier and has the same effect as white bread. Hope this helps.

hi, check out Ming Tsai. He comes on PBS on saturday mornings (a minimum of the following in Las Vegas). His dishes seem scrumptious and he's so tall, darkish and handsome. i love to easily seem at him even as I study new recipes. Pull up: renowned Asian cooks. you'll likely ought to tug up "cooks with healthful recipes" or something similar, considering that maximum cooks do use butter, oil, pork, and so on. keep in mind, each and every thing sparsely. desire this helps some Have a good Day!
