and bleeding. she tries to cover with a bandaid. I have also noticed it on back of her neck. and the other day on her chin. I asked her what happened but she is very shy and avoids me. I noticed that on her hand it looks like it wants to heal but is like dark,scalykinda purple. any suggestions on how to clear up the scars like maybe skin bleaching cream????

Could be a severe case of eczema. Your friend needs to see a dermatologist. My cousin has had terrible eczema his whole life. Has to use special lotions and creams for his skin. The only way to be 100% sure of what is really going on is to see a doctor/dermatologist. They can prescribe medications that I am sure would help your friend. They need to be careful of scratching, it could cause infection.

well she needs to stop scratching them for 1 and 2 scars heal on their own if left alone
