I think one of my blood vessel's is broken?

I goto the restroom alot even when I did not eat anything or drink anything as I just woke up. Each time I use the RR my poop is red and this been happend yesterday too.

Red blood usually indicates hemorrhoids and you should get more fiber into you diet, maybe use a stool softener available at your drug store and hemorrhoid cream. If this conditions continues you should see a doctor as you might need to have the vessels sealed.
