Here's a link to the Vietnam Veterans who are conducting the lawsuit. https://www.vvlf.org/default.php?page_id=74

Give me your opinions. Should he be sued for his actions in Vietnam? Or should we just forget the whole thing since it happened a long time ago?

Yeah, I just read the headline and thought I'd see what others think. It's against his associates. I assumed it was against him since he was the one who lied about our troops actions in Vietnam. I guess they can't sue for lying, can they? Oh well. Just thought it was interesting. Thanks for pointing out the specifics.

Vietnam veterans have been trying to sue Kerry for a long time pertaining to his Senate appearance, unjustly accusing them of war crimes and prolonging their POW captivity. Kerry and his lawyers have been fighting them off because they had more money to fight with. Kerry should have his day in court so he can prove or disprove his actions. Being a Vietnam era veteran myself, I detest the man and still think of him as a traitor. You may eventually find out that Kerry had a dishonorable discharge (along with his finger cuts).

Sued? The man should be shot. He didn't get discharged until 1977 (with the Sec of the Navy sigining his DD214 - awful strange). Before that, he was in Paris, spouting his crap to Madame Bihn, whose memoirs state that they were ready to give up, ready to compromise and negotiate an end to the War mostly on OUR terms, until she talked to the POODLE. Then the North Vietnamese decided to stick with it for a little longer to see if we would eventually pull out. They kept our POWS a little longer too. More people on both sides died - all because of the poodle and his treasonous acts. Why he is not in prison or executed by now I cannot fathom......

It's about time that coward, Kerry got a bit of his own medicine. He's about the most despicable piece of trash that ever disgraced a uniform and I hope that his traitorous actions catch up to him one day. By the way, if that other idiot who wrote in want's to try spitting on me, I'd love him to try that. He'd spend the rest of his life in a bodycast sucking soup through a straw.

Did you actually read that article?

"The suit was filed against Kenneth J. Campbell and Jon Bjornson, two associates and aides of Kerry's during the 2004 presidential campaign, both of whom are Vietnam Veterans and longtime anti-war activists."

The lawsuit is not against John Kerry.

I wish. That bastard sat in front of Congress and claimed that all American Soldiers were war criminals, and even admitted -- UNDER OATH -- that he had committed war crimes, and yet he sits in Congress today and bitches about US troops overseas.

The hypocrite should have been court-martialed years ago, and spent the rest of his life in Leavenworth, rather than Congress.

Therse right-wing sons of bitches need to get a life. They're clearly disturbed and are working out their psychological problems throught the political process, to the detriment of that process. I feel like spitting on them and calling them baby killers. Maybe that'll shock them back to reality.
