i want to loose weight so tell which is the best exercise to loose weight within a month. plzzzzz.

Eat 6 small meals/snacks per day. This is really great for your metabolism! Make sure you are eatting the foods that are the best for you such as fruits and vegies. Dont eat any junk food! Its only a month. If you do, dont scarf a whole bag of chips in one setting. For exercise, cardio would be the best. Anything to get your heart pounding for at least a half hour a day. This will really burn the calories! Speed walking, light jogging, bicycling, swimming, arobics...... Although there are also pills that can help. I dont think I would use them but I have a friend who swears by them. But really if you want to loose weight, I dont think crash diets are the best and you should plan to continue even after the month. It will get better every month and you will feel better also!!! Hi, there really is no easy answer. Try to stay away from salt, bread(chips,pasta...) and carbonated drinks.
Have a big salad with lunch and dinner it will help fill you up. Snack on fruit and almonds(small handful) You must drink plenty of water. I know that it feels like you are getting bloated but just the opposite is happening you are flushing toxins out. Now for the kicker, you must move your body at least 20 minutes a day. Walking is great to start. Pilates is a great way to get yourself toned up fairly quickly, it's fun(really) and you feel great afterwards.
Don't get discouraged you can do it . A ten pound weight loss is about a dress size. You can be 2 sizes smaller by January 1.

You are not going to loose more than 5 pounds in a month at least you should not. You need a strict healthy diet that you seriously will not break then make sure you exercise for an hour a day and if you can't for an hour make sure no less than 30 mins.

Cut back onyour carbs. I don't mean follow the Atkins strict diet or even the South beach even though there diet is more leanient then Atkins. Instead of Coca Colas to drink, drink diet pops, crystal light and water. buy low carb bread if you are a sandwich eater and low carb pasta if you are a pasta eater. Skip the potatoes ( that includes fries) and desserts. excercise to tone up your skin during weight loss.

well what i have been doing is eating twice a day, at 12 and lunch about 5 or 6 and i go for walks around 7 for the food to go down and do about 50-100 crunches before i go to sleep... i've been doing that and i've lost about 10 pounds in abou a week and a half? two weeks... and try to be as active as you can..... it works for me try it for you... let me know if it works....

Any cardio exercises, they get the heart pumping and rev up the metabolism. And of course eating right at the same time.

Don't drink the sodas or the diet sodas. Stay away from carbonated drinks.

Powerade might be better, water 2nd. Go vegetarian for the month, if you can. Stay away from fast food joints.
