Yes, it happens to me a lot. Drinking a lot of water and taking anti-histamines and decongestants help quite a bit.

Yes, that is for sure allergies. That's how I feel ALL the time. Alllllll yearr round!!! It sucks and I don't know what to do about it! It seems like I've tried every medication there is and nothing seems to improve. :( But everyone is different, so you could try eyes drops, and nose spray, and liquid/pill meds for allergies. Because all the dust would be settled on the floor or other objects, the A/C could be mixing the dust up and blowing it in the air. Some people are really sensitive to dust, so when you breathe it in, you sneeze/runny nose/congested nose, itchy eyes ect. To help, you can vaccum more often 1-2 every 1-3 weeks. Also change your bedding more often and vaccum your matress. It does help. It feels good to sleep in a clean bed too!

Yes, and can drag you down big time. I get sinus infections a few times a year, if the infection turns to green mucus, you will have to see a doctor and get antibiotics to clear it up. Good luck to you, sinus infections are horrible if let go for to long.

Yes, if the mucous becomes thick, and settles in your sinus passages, an infection can set up. A decongestant, and drinking plenty of water helps break the secretions loose, allowing you to get the gunk out of your sinuses. Should your mucous become dark yellow, or green, a trip to your MD is advised.

Yes you can, I had a sinus infection due to my allergies (don't they suck). You can become so congested that it builds up and builds up and doesn't have a way to escape your body. Check out the following web site and you can put your symptoms in and see whats up. Hope you get better!!!

yes i have one right now....sometimes if you will sniff some salt water very diluted and hot as you can stand it it will relieve the stuffiness it dissolves the phlegm then put some Vaseline on a q tip and roll it around in your nose.....antihistamines dont really work for me so this is what my doc said to do...also hot and cold packs sometimes get rid of some of the sinus inflammation.

Yes. My daughter suffered with them for years. She tried all sorts of OTC drugs, prescriptions, antibiotics and surgery. She still had problems. Now she is taking a complete nutritional supplement that has helped her tremedously. She didn't even know it was allergy season this year until she saw pollen on her car. Call me and I will tell you more about it. 205-425-8586.

Yes, I know they can. Bacteria which enjoy the micro-environment of the sinus and nasal passages can thrive there.

Another reason not to pick your nose.

Yes, if you get bacteria up into your already irritated sinuses. Sure.

If you are blowing out yellow/green mucus, it's infected. See your doctor for an antibiotic. You don't want to mess with infections in your head. Dangerous to not get them treated correctly.
