Why cant people obey the laws that posted by the local government. People still do those things, even when it says Not to do it.

The same reason why people go against traffic when there is a one way sign posted. Total disregard for the law.

Until people actually start getting in trouble for it they will continue to do it.....like when you were a kid and you mom said don't eat the candy, but you did, and you did not get into trouble...you would keep doing it until you finally got in trouble for it.....thats the way people are....they see the word no, but if no one does anything about it they won't stop.

Disney parks are my favorite spot to single that out. These people would rather light up indiscriminately than walk to a freaking designated area and poison themselves alone.
It is disgusting
