Heya! I have coeliac disease and get my basics like bread and pasta on prescription. With the pre pay it is £100 per year and you can get as much as you like. The bread is not great so I generally eat gluten free crackers as well. Also if you join coeliac uk you will be semt a book with information from several supermarkets and brands listing all the products which are gluten free. Tesco, asda and waitrose have the best ranges i find and their labelling of alleregns is good.
Hope this helps and dont let it get you down.

You can buy gluten and wheet free 'bread' products. Tescos have got a section of gluten free products.
My uncle has been told he can't eat wheat products, he has got a recipe to make his own bread. As my Uncle is now seperated from my Aunt I cann't get the recipe for you.

I have an intolerance to wheat, but i'm OK with brown bread. There are wheat-free loaves out there, but you have to shop around. What I really miss is my cornflakes in the morning. Just one spoonful and i'm straight in the loo!!!
