a guy friend of mine once told me that he thinks the reason there are bad men is because of bad women. he said he thinks the bad men were actually good at one point in their lives, but became that way because of female rejection. i knew some guys who were really sweet and kind but at that time didnt get any girls, but now they are rude and arent good men, but they get all the women.

Thats the sanity of the world. Depends on what part of the earth we are from. Too bad the nice guys are running out. But we doesnt really have to give in and change our selves to be accepted. If you only hold on to our principles and believe that what you are is what is the best of you, then the best will come to you in time. Sometimes the problem in this world is that we want things too much in a hurry. Once in person's life, lessons are being learned. And these could be given to us in a hard way.

IT'S TRUE, US WOMEN WANT BAD GUYS! I know I do, but there are such things as nice guys, but bad guys behind closed doors. Women cause alot of pain in the lives of men sometimes, and they don't know how to react. To all guys, when rejected, or hurt, do like my best guy friend...take time alone, and think on some things. Forget male ego cause there are some good women out there who can bring the good guy out. Trust me, I'm a witness.

So not true. There are other ways to attract someone without being a prick. Guys who think that women want @$$holes are really just @$$holes looking for someone who is weak enough to put up with them. Nice guys may finish last sometimes, but in my book, they will always finish first. I love my fiancee, but if he ever decided that I would like him better as an @$$hole, and started acting that way, I'd knock some sense into him reeeaaaalll quick.

The way I figure it. Average guys don't get girls. You either need to be one extreme or the other. Girls seem to either want the bad guy or the really good guy. As for your question, yes, I think this is true in some cases.

Think about what you just said; they were good guys but got rejected then become bad guys and got all the women! Duh! It's called conditioned behavior, reward us for treating you like crap and we will continue to do it; punish us for being good and we will stop. Every woman who complains about not being able to find a "good guy" needs to stop and think about this.

There is a kernel of truth to it, but a lot depends on the character of the person, on both ends of the equation

Not true. Every man and woman is different and have their own reasons for their behavior. Sounds to me like another one of those lame excuses.
