Check this out Yahoo. I slept with a co-worker about two weeks ago. I am black and she is white. We slept together and went to work the following Monday and everything was cool, now she is acting all standoffish like she doesn't even want to speak with me. What's going on here.

Well it all really depends on the situation.... Have you guys been talking before this? Did this happen "out of know where" so to speak, were you guys friends before this happened... maybe she got what she wanted and thats all, maybe she relized you weren't for her, maybe she regrets it, maybe she thinks shes ruined the "friendship" There are just so many things to consider. If i were you, i would ask her...something along the lines of "Did i do something wrong??" if so what? It could be maybe she was in a relationship and wanted to test her feelings for her b/f... Asking is the only way you can find out for sure, otherwise your just playing a guessing game!!!

Maybe something happened that you don't know about. She could be embrassed about what happened. Try to talk to her and see what''s going on. She could feel used if you haven't done it again or there is nothing headed for the dating path. Just communicate to her and see what happens. Good luck

Oooh... she played you, bro! If you're not satisfied about it, you could talk to her about it. Do you even like her enough to start a relationship? Or do you just want to be friends-with-benefits with her? If she says it was just an experiment to her, move on and don't play where you work.

Never sh*t where you eat! Rule number one! Now that you've broked that rule, the next rule is-just be casual! Act like it meant nothing to you. I know how she feels and that how I get. She is afraid you are falling for her and she is giving you he cold shoulder because it easier than coming out and saying it.
Sorry..

Maybe she fears that co-workers might have an idea of what happened so she's shutting you out until things blow over.

She does not want you thinking you will get more.. OR she is disapointed you have not tried again and is starting to feel unloved.. but my guess is the first.

She satisified her curiousity. And you learned a valuable lesson -- Don't "play" where you work!
