Don't be conscious of what you're eating, but do be aware of when you are full. We often carry on eating even though we've had enough without realising, slow down and you'll soon know when you've had enough. If you must eat the rest of it, try to wait a while - a: to be sure you really want it and b: your body can start digesting the first lot. Also boil don't fry!

Enjoy a balance. The 80-20% rule is the best diet I have ever followed, bar none. And it's not even a diet. Simply say you will be good 80% of the time, meaning eat healthy, excercize and generally be good health wise. Then splurge and don't worry for 20%. Have that dinner out, skip a session at the gym. This way you won't break, because your still getting the things you love, your just being smart about the way you do it. It's all about moderation.

Eat whatever you want to eat - but for every course you eat do 20 minutes of cardio work to try and even it out. This is especially true with desert. The only meal I would not count in this is breakfast, as if you are lazy you don't want to skip this meal to avoid a workout.
Also try a trick my mum uses. When she dishes up her meal, if it dosent fit on a bread and butter plate (you know the little ones about the size of a slice of bread) then it is too much food, and you can only eat the ammount that fits on the plate. If you are hungry after that, then you can eat as much extra as you want, provided you do the exercise to match.
It worked for her, but not for me. So good luck - honestly.

you have to do it , eating what you want like 2 times a moth that way you wont get fat and release the depression from diet. You can also cook your favorite food yourself in a healthy and low calories way. if you can't do that you have to control the portion , when you almost feel like your stomatch is almost full , stop eating and drink a few glass of water. good luck

all you have to do is eat a bit healthier than you are now, watch what you eat and you have to become your own nutritionist, you need to know what nutrients each food item contains whether it be fats, vitamins, carbohydrates etc and you also need to know the amount. you can also try to excise this will go a long way in helping you to stay fit and keep a wonderful shape

If you makes yourself eat less, your stomach will shrink back to the normal size in a few weeks and you won't be able to eat as much. I know because I did this myself and lost 10 pounds!! I didn't work out any, also.

i am the same, i love eating good foods but its hard maitanign my body just run for a few minuets do some push ups ect ect. if you dont over gourge on food you should be fine, just instead of eating exercise and eat 3 time a day

well i would have to say is cut your portion size, and also just try have more movement in your dail rotuine or start a workout regimine. Walking or running can help you lose those extra pounds. just remember what ever work out you choose, remember to make it fun and enjoyable.
