Definitely not - you are preserving their health.
Do NOT get vaccinated.
A vaccinated person is MORE likely to get a disease than a non-vaccinated person. The whole theory of vaccination is flawed. It causes a weakening of the immune system thus making those who are innoculated more susceptible to disease.
There are so many awful side effects to vaccination that it should be considered extremely dangerous.
Just sit back and think for a while.
Is there any sense in injecting a disease directly into your body.
We have been subjected to an awful mind control program to enable the drug manufacturers to make a fortune.

I am not quite sure, I do know that some schools will not let your children attend if they have not had their shots. Some religions don't allow their children to be vaccinated either-like Scientologists and maybe Jehovah Witnesses When they aren't vaccinated it puts the health of other children at risk. I don't know your reasons for not vaccinating them, if it is a money issue, call social services and they can provide you with information where your child can get shots for very low cost or even free. If it is for religious reasons you may have to speak to the school. I think it is very important to vaccinate children, because some of those old diseases that disappeared long ago are making a comeback. Better safe then sorry.

NO, it is not considered neglect. In fact, its so hard unfortunately, to prove neglect you shouldn't worry about it. However, unless you are planning to home school your child it will be very difficult for them to enter kindergarten. You may be able to claim religious beliefs but I'm not sure what church you would have to belong to. May I ask why you want to with hold shots? Talk with your doctor. Some people believe that the mercury in shots actually cause autism. If this is the case and you all ready have a child with autism, I would wait until they were at least 3 then get them their shots. The shots that are combined, like MMR, they used to be three seperate shots seem to be the ones with the most mercury. These would be the ones I would hold off on for the longest.

It very much depends where you live, however I do not believe it is illegal - it isn't grounds alone for having your kids taken away or any such.
There are many religions that do not believe in getting certain shots, or in getting shots at all - it all has to do with "messing with God's creation" and similar idealologies. They cannot persecute for making a religious / moral choice on how to raise your children.
It's a whole different story if they don't have access to proper medical care / aren't taken to the doctor when they're sick, however. Ignoring them when they're sick is abuse, not taking certain preventative measures (some of which have been proven to not necessarily be good for them) isn't.
I would reccomend discussing this with your doctor / pediatrician and finding out more from them in regards to the laws of your area.

Definitely yes. The provision of shots is a legislated need for your children to stay alive and away from diseases which can be life threatening or disabling. Not taking your children for your shots is neglect of the child's health and you can be fined and have your children taken away from you if you do not provide them with the adequate vaccination.

If you live in the U.S. Yes. There are certain shots that are mandatory. (not all but some) Since you can get immunization for your child in this country even if you can't afford to pay for it, they don't accept excuses for not having it done. You also will not be able to enroll your child into school when the time comes without proof of immunization. Most importantly it protects the life of your child.

I don't know about being turned in for neglect, but the child needs to be immunized before they start school. Don't know where you live, but in the US shots are required before they can attend school or a day care facility. The only exception is for religionous reasons.

No, and there are several reasons why. From personal expierence, my brother is a Scientologist, and per that religion/faith they dont inject anything harmful into their kids body. They believe it corrupts the already polutted human spirit or something like that. They get a note from their doctor and the school is made to accept that because of religious beliefs.

It is not illegal, however parents who do not immunize face many challenges. Such as, not being able to put them into public schools, no day care facilities, so on and so on.
I also think that their children should have to wear an ID tag at all times alerting the public. Yes it is a choice... but at what cost?

Not only that, but they cannot get into school without their required vaccines. Seriously....even if you have no money, get them to your county's department of health and the get vaccines there. Or they will call child protective services on you and have them taken to foster care.
