OK this is quick and simple. It does take up to 45min but the time put in is all baking only about 10min prep. and everyone love it when I make it. Pizza and sausage and cheese is the faves .
1. You will need 1lb of bread dough it can be pre-made frozen "quick" most stores have it.

2. role out the dough so it's about the shape of a cookie sheet

3. Then put any filling you would like on the dough leaving about an inch in all directions so if you do the pizza put your sauce and pep and cheese or anything elts that you may want. Hint: use little sauce it bubbles out if you put allot

4. Role up and bake @ 350' for about 15min "until golden brown"
it will not take long. I even use my toaster oven for this. No need to heat up the whole house !!

let cool for about 10 to 15 min so it can set and cut into about 1/2 to 1in slices. Each one should make about 10 servings.

Have fun and experiment, Ive used sausage and cheese, ham and cheese. etc.. its easy !!!!!

This was not easy to type all this in but If you need more ideal just let me know I do have others..

Do the "finger food" thing. Some nice little crackers with yummies on top.... . smoked salmon, c aviar, or some Philly cream cheese with an olive in the middle, and some other kind of savory thing round the edges. A bowl of celery sticks and some nice tangy or cheesy dip. Warm, crusty french bread slices and a selection of "cut your own piece" cheese on a cheeseboard. Think on these lines and you will start to come up with lots of neat ideas.

Get a Chappati or tortilla bread. Top with passatta or tomato puree, and any fillings of your choice. Cover with grated cheese and put it under the grill for about 5 minutes, or until the cheese has melted.

Icy Tropical Pops
These super-fruity treats are high in vitamin C. For 12 pops, blend together 1 cup guava nectar, 1 cup pineapple juice, and 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks. Drop raspberries or cut-up kiwi fruit into molds or small paper cups. Pour blended fruit juice over fruit. Add sticks, cover, and freeze. (For paper cups, cover with foil; make a slit for a stick.)

An apple, pear, banana, avocado with raspberry vinegar. Crudite's (raw vegetable sticks) served with some sort of dressing or dip. Fat free dressings can save a lot of calories.

Fruit or raw vegetables are a very healthy snack.
