I value a guy by the way he treats me, the way he acts around when he is also with his friends. Whether or nor he respects my wishes, wants and needs. Even how he treats his work, co-workers and family. I look at all those aspects as well as everything he does and say around me... That is how I value/ judge a guy.
Looks wise: If he has gorgeous eyes, his value goes up... unless his got a sucky personality......

Start with his face.. does he smile.. does his smile make me smile. Lots of points..
Then, does he look after himself... if yes.. some more points.
Then, Is he dressed well.. does he have money? then some more points.
Then, does he have a personality that I enjoy being with... Lots and lots of points.
Then.. when it is all said and done.. does he like a girl who likes girls? Cause I do!

By his personality(and im not just sayin that)if hes funny and protective thats great and if hes manly and chubby (i dont like skinny guys).
