My mom used cake batter for cobbler. I am not sure of the recipe. I know that she would put melted butter in a cake pan. Place whatever filling she was using and then pour the batter on top of that and bake.

you can add some flavorings, if it is a plain cake batter and bake it into a really big thin cake, like a sheet cake but thinner, use cookie cutters, and make petit fours. Then make a glaze to go over the top, serve with tea. yum

You can make great cookies from cake mixes.
Try cakemixdoctor.com or google cake mix cookie recipes.
I just made double chocolate chip cookies, choc & peanut butter chip cookies and carrot cake cookies all just using boxed cake mixes, oil & egg. You can add any goodies to the mix like raisins, choc chips, m&m's, carrots, etc.

the good information is that sure, you're able to make different flavored brownies using one cake batter. including some cocoa powder could grant you with chocolate, you ought to upload flavoring and rind like lemon style and rind to make a lemon flavored cake yet another editions. regrettably, including pink foodstuff color to the batter won't make a pink VELVET Cake.
