I would contact the local police

The problem is that emails by nature are very hard to trace. If you know who it is then it will be taken more seriously. If you don't know who it is the police will probably just take an informational report to document a history of harassment in case it happens again or becomes a pattern.

i'd definetly report it! show it the police spam it block the person have the police find them and arrest them!!
