I'm an Asian-American majoring in Dental Hygiene at a public university and I'm in my third year. I tried asking for a minority scholarship, but they said I have to be on welfare in order to receive it. I was wondering if there were any scholarships available where your parent's income doesn't matter. Any help is greatly appreciated! :)

If you are being supported by your parents, their income does make a difference in who gets money. If, however, you are on your own, your parents income doesn't matter.
