You don't need a diet you just need to adopt new eating habits and do regular excercise. Have you tried Slimming World (www.slimmingworld.com). For many years people saw slimming world as a diet when in fact it helps you to change the way you eat. Team that with excercise at least three times a week for at least 30mins at a time. I guarantee that you will lose weight and you will keep your boobs. The process may be slow, but the results will be long lasting. You could also invest in a Gillian Mckeith (you are what you eat) book. There are some very goods tips in there also.

Hope this helps, I too was in your position, but doing what I have just advised brought me down from 12st 2lb to 10st 7lb in about 8 months. I also teamed all of this with 2 sessions a week of Tae Bo (boxercise) all done in the comfort of my own home. So didn't even have to pay out large fees to the gym.

Good Luck

First off: Your breasts will be the last thing to go. Your hormones keep fat on your breasts, and that's the way it will be until you drop below a very low level of body fat - like 10 percent. Until then, you can lose all the weight you want.

Here's my standard weight loss response:
Some things to keep in mind:
1) It is impossible to target fat to burn - what you can do, however, is strengthen the muscles beneath the body fat, which generally makes things look better (and it's better for you, anyway).
2) Muscle is more dense than fat. As you begin a weight training program, you may notice that you lose inches but gain weight. No worries - that means you're building muscle. You'll see why this is good if you scroll down to point number three...
3) Muscle boosts your metabolism because it uses more nutrients than fat. Thus, building muscle will help you lose fat faster - sort of a self-fulfilling prophecy.

Now, onto the plan!

You should try to jog/run 30 minutes a day if you can. Don't go fast - this isn't a sprint. If you find that 30 minutes is too long and you can't do that, then no big deal. You now have a Goal. Try to at least keep moving for 30 minutes...walking is fine.

If you have access to an elliptical machine, that's a good alternative.

In either case, as you get stronger/faster/better, add time and (on a machine) resistance. If you're running, grab those two- or three-pound weights or cans of beans. You'd be surprised how much harder it is (bonus: You tone your arm muscles just lugging them around for a few miles).

If you have access to a gym, take a day off from running once or twice a week to begin a weight-lifting program. Most health clubs will give you one training session with a personal trainer who will berate you and make you feel worthless. Usually, the first one is free, so it's OK. If you want to feel like crap again, it'll cost you - but you probably don't need to see that old meanie-head again, because he or she will have just put you through a full-body muscle-building workout. And that's what you'll want to do. Work your way through exercises for chest, arms, back, and legs, though not necessarily in that order - whatever works for you.

McDonalds put out a series of four exercise DVDs a few months ago in the US, you can find them on eBay for about 5 bucks each.

Adopt a healthy (or at least healthier) diet - cut out all sodas, even diet sodas. And switch, if you haven't already, to unsweetened fruit juices. Allow yourself a few treats every now and again just so you don't feel like you've changed your entire life just to lose 5 pounds, because that will only depress you.

The key, in the end, isn't necessarily weight loss or muscle gain or whatever. It's feeling like you've taken control of your body, which is what you're really going for.

If we knew what diet was the right one we'd all be doing it and there wouldn't be any fat people !!!!.
What is the right diet ? is a question that millions of people would like to know the answer to. Unfortunately I don't think there is a right answer, since certain diets only work on certain people. We're all individuals and it's a case of experimenting to see what foods make you put weight on easily and avoid them.
Also take some exercise, it'll help your body burn the energy, but don't be fooled into taking on too many carbohydrates if you're exercising. Most overweight people do this and all it does is burn the energy from them instead of cannibalising your fat resources, which is what you need to do.
Many foods contain a lot of sugar but no fat. Sugar is the carb that is fastest broken down by the body. If the energy it creates is not burned off immediately, it is stored as fat.
This is why sweets make you fat, even though they don't contain any fat !!!.

A diet is not an answer, you have to understand why you are eating more than you need and learn to change the way you think about your hunger and food. Nothing else will work long term!... So if you are really serious about solving the problem, I definitely recommend books by Susie Orbach, specially 'On Eating' it is a simple, to the point, little book that will open your eyes and really help you.
I wish I had read it when I was 16!

Unfortunately darlin... The boobies are always the first thing to go!

God is mean sometimes... Especially being that the mud flap (The sack of hanging skin under the arms directly next to the boobage) is always the last to go. THE BASTARD!

Anyway... I digress again.

There is a book out by Tony Robbins... (Yes, I know, I hate him too, he never shuts up he has that weird discusting white sh*it in the corners of his mouth and he has horrifically big teeth.) But anyway... He has a book with a chart in it... Get it!

It tells you not what to eat, or how much, or when to eat it, like all the other diets do, This book tells you when to eat which foods together and what foods to NEVER eat together for optimal digestion and proper assimalation of what you do eat.

Like for instance... You are never supposed to eat fruits with anything else and never late in the day... You are not supposed to combine carbs and proteins. Ect...

It is very interesting. The name of the books is (hold on a sec I have to go get it) (Okay, Im back) It is called, Unlimited Power by Anthony Robbins.

Go get it (or ask your mum to) The chart is amazing and the book in and of itself will help even a 12 year old change their outlook and eat for the right reasons, the right foods and at the right time.

Good luck darlin... Sorry about the boobies.

if you are serious about following a diet you will be much more likely to succeed if you attend a club. the best diet club i can reccommend is SLIMMING WORLD, they have a very sensible eating plan & give reccommendations on excercise too. the diet is easy to follow, isnt faddy & certainly wont leave you feeling hungry. i am a member of slimming world, and would never use anything else.

if you go to the slimming world website there is a section where you can key in your post code & it will tell you where your nearest class is. the next thing to do then is bite the bullet. the group leader & other members are so supportive, & you wont look back once you join.

Good Luck on your weight loss journey.

Well first and formost, to get the best results, along with any diet try exercising. Just start off in the morning with a quick breakfest, fruit and cerel go for a quick workout, then come back in and eat another small meal. Later for lunch eat some type of vegitable, perferably more then one, some type of meat (chicken or beef) and make sure the meat is grilled or baked, and some type of bread, your drink should be juice, water or tea, and top off with some fruit for desert. for a snack eat some yogurt or cottage cheese. for dinner finish it off with another average size meal. either make it fish or some type of vegitable meal.

Things to stay away from is High fructose corn syrup products, just look in the ingredents and if it has it listed i highly suggest to stay aaway from them. also, cut any soda drinks from your diet, it incresases your weight dramaticly. switch your milk from normal to skim milk, stay away from sweets, its ok to eat it ever so often just not all the time.

A good work out that works on the whole body would be to walk, jog, or run. Also, swiming, rock climbing, dancing. Anything that seems like an areobic work out is the best for your body, especially if you want to keep your breat the way they are. Also, if you concentrate on working out on your calfs, your lower legs, it helps bring up your metabolism, so walking would really benefit you.

Well i hope my advice helps you
Happy eating :)

Diets are for idiots what is need is to eat healthy such as reduce fat, sugar. Eat 5 potions of fruit & veg each day and to take regular exercise. Find out what you like to do such as going to the gym, walking quicker than normal, swimming and my best dancing etc. But best of all be happy within yourself as i am 13 stones and love my body.

You might not need to lose any weight it depends on your height and age (BMI). Try cutting out things like crisps, chocolate etc and lowering the about of carbs e.g. pasta rice first because then it won't seem like such a struggle. Try to excercise too if you don't want to go to the gym try to walk to places instead of getting a lift or bus.
