I want to try GNC Women's Hair, Skin & Nails Formula but I'm worried about possibly getting facial hair or more leg hair. Is 2500 mg of Biotin too much?

I think you mean 2500 MICRO grams, not mg as in MILIgrams.....
You can safely take up to 4 or 5 milligrams of Biotin daily, it is not too much. No, it doesnt cause other body hair to grow wildly. I have been taking Biotin in large doses of over 3000 micrograms [ equal to 3 miligrams] daily and my hair is growing in thick and dark and at a much faster rate than it normally would. I have been taking these supplements for 2.5 years.

A good friend of mine (male) has been using Biotin since we were 17 or so (9 years) and his hair is still thinning. I couldn't tell you if it made him grow more hair in other places, because he could just be a hairy bastard, if you know what I mean. His dad is a pretty hairy guy, but also went bald early, so my friend has been fighting it for his whole life.

Biotin did'nt help me. I have thin hair that runs in my family. It also gets thinner the older I get! Hate it!!!! I've tried lots of things and no luck.I just except what I've got left. Biotin will not make hair grow anywhere else either! I feel your pain!

There are many methods to make our hair grow faster, shine , glitter in natural ways without using chemicals. Learn here https://bitly.im/aMKcS Men, and sometimes women, notice that their hair is thinning prematurely for several different reasons. Age, menopause, pregnancy, genetics, illness, and other factors all play a role in hair loss. Sure, you can use drugs or you can go in for a hair transplant or fusion, but sometimes the easiest, most inexpensive solution, is to try to stop hair loss naturally.

I found that it "strengthened" my hair and nails and made it healthier. I did not find however that it grew new hair - on my head or otherwise...just made it stronger and healthier. Just follow the suggested dosage on the bottle. Taking more than suggested will not make it work better or faster.

You should be shaven everywhere else, so it will not matter.
Oh, it only grows it on your head too.
