Aren't you lucky !
it is always lovely to get a new pet .
( 8 weeks) is the earliest time,
you can separate a puppy, from its mum
if the pup,is put into a comfortable basket ( airy box )
with a soft warm blanket to settle in to
.Make sure the basket is strapped in .
inside, your warm car ..
. So your puppy will be safe and cosy .
He will come to no harm., for that 1 .1/2 hour journey'
He will probably sleep the whole way ! bless him .
>^,,^<
TIP!
Put him on a newspaper , (on the floor) ,when you get home.
he will need to puddle and you can encourage him,
to think ,that is the best place for that.!
his first potty training exercise .

Any time after 8 weeks! Travelling with a new pup is fine, but take someone with you, wrap them in a blanket and hold the puppy close so it feels safe.

At least 8 weeks before they can leave their mum, make sure they are fully weaned too. A hot water bottle and a teddy will add comfort to the pup the 1st couple of nights its away from mum and siblings.

they leave the mother at 8 weeks the same as any other breed of puppy. As for travel, how far away is it? A short ride in the car will not be a problem.

no pup should leave the mother until at least 9 weeks old and get the pup out in the car as soon as you get him or her and take for little rides in the car but don't put down outside but i expect you know that any way not where other dogs have been good luck

7 weeks old and completed all vaccinations before moving on.
Dogs do not generally like travelling out of fear unless they got used to. Hold the puppy in your hands for reassurance while in the car and make allowances in case he may vomit. Do not feed him at least three hours before the trip.

At least 8 to 10 weeks, they have to be weaned (and shouldn't be weaned before 2 mos) and have their first shots before they can travel. It's important not to wean the pups too soon, so that they are properly socialised.

The puppies should be weaned at 6 weeks, but the next 2 weeks with their mom and litter mates is very important for their social development. Puppies should never be separated from their litter before 8 weeks, minimum.

Ive always had dogs and depending if they are not still suckling we have always had to wait until the pup was 9wks or over before we could take them home.
