She probably has piles because she takes it up the dirt box. Methinks that she should have more sense and wait until the piles have cleared up before allowing any more rear entry, she could seriously damage her health if she continues this practise. As for you, make sure you use a condom for gods sake, do you know how many dodgy bacteria there are up the ****? It's an STD waiting to happen!!!!

You should never feel pressurised into any sexual practice you are not comfortable with. Explain to your g/f that you don't want to give her anal sex...I'm sure she'll understand - it works both ways, as I'm sure if she said she didn't want anal sex you wouldn't force it on her.
I am surprised though that if she has piles, she would want it. Are you sure they're piles and not just skin tags?
If you want to have sex with her in this fashion, then I would suggest that you use condoms and plenty of lube.

She should avoid a****ex, when shes got piles as you are increasing the pressure and will cause the little veins to burst and obviously bleed. Her best bet is to use some cream or visit her GP who can refer to the hospital were they can band them or surgically remove them. Pressure makes them worse!!

give her body time to heal from the erruption of piles.before you resume any sexual activity.if problems persist.she should seek medical attention.

get your girlfriend to go to her GP and he/she can deal with the problem in a few days, either that or go to your local pharmacist and ask for advise.
