It was kind of like a casserole with squash and stuff like that. Anyone know the recipe or any similar ones?

Oh yeah! My favorite is butter nut squash! I cut them in half, long ways, scoop out the center, and brush with butter, then bake for an hour and a half. Then I put in cooked sausage, onions, peppers tomatoes, whatever you like. Top with shredded cheese, any kind, and put back in the oven til melted. OMG! It's soooo good! And it comes in it's own bowl!
