If you mean 'Popcorn' software, you need to clean your registry.
To do this
01. Click on start
02. Then click on run
03. Type regedit
04. Click ok
05. Registry editor will open
06. Click on Edit then Find
07. Type in popcorn
08. Click find next
09. Registry Editor will stop at the entries containing popcorn,
10. Select the entry with popcorn in it, it will behighlighted in blue 11. Right click and choose delete.
12. Click ok to delete.
13. Next continue to push F3 to find the other entries of popcorn in your registry. Do this until it tells you that you have finished searching the registry.
14. Close the registry.
15. Open My Computer
16. Browse to the folder called Popcorn.
17. Delete the Popcorn folder.

Your computer should now be clean of Popcorn.

You can buy little cans of compressed air that have a long nossil so you can clean the insides of keys. They're only about £3, most computer shops stock them...
