London is a good bet--tons of restaurants from every ethnic group and always something going on. There are great dance clubs, museums, parks, theatre, music, street markets. Really anything you want to do you can find in London. It's really expensive though. For less expensive options Brighton is fun and lively. Edinburgh is also really nice though maybe a bit cold and dark in November. The cities are close enough together that you could visit a couple of them if you wanted to, though you could easily spend a week in just one.

Well I'm puzzled because if you like restaurants, then Bradford is positively bursting with them, although you seem to reject it! And Liverpool ahs an amazing amount of night-life, and again is good for food choices! But I'm getting the vibe that maybe you don't care for the North of England?
Suits me, more room there for me and my friends!

I would also say Edinburgh is good. Not as expensive as London, plenty to see and do and good nightlife.
You can even nip out of the city and see some decent countryside or places like Sterling Castle.
