more often than people who don't talk much about God/Jesus?

What a great question!!! I think that religion is the reason why people pass judgment so often in the "name of God". I personally believe that faith is the only why to truly know and understand who "God" is and how to express love in life. Judgment of others only reflects the insecurity's of your own faith.
So i guess, yes religious people pass more judgment because they are fixed on rules instead of relationship.

Very True

The most religious people are the greatest sinners. If god/Jesus is sending out these people to recruit others then they are doing a very bad job of it.

They often tell you to live a holy and righteous life yet they treat others with disrespect.

Yep... They think because they can quote a bible that suddenly they are an authority on life. They end up just looking like idiots that don't live in the real world. All extremely religious people act that way.

Christians should not judge but they can point out from the Bible what sins God does not like. The problem comes in when people take that as a judgment instead of a warning

Absolutely not. All groups have judgmental people in them. Your circle is small. Increase your borders. Meet more Christians.

By the way, there's a difference between passing judgment and telling the truth. Even the truth hurts if we are living a lie.

Self-righteousness is not a characteristic of religion. It is
human nature in general.
As we all clearly show with our own thinking and speech.
It's just a silly head game we play, to try and take the attention
off of our own shortcomings.

It's natural.
If you imagine you belong to the special select few, the more you tell yourself that , you'll see the "others" in a different light.
You can be like that about your nation, or color or riches etc.It doesn't only apply to religions .

Yes! And, I think that alot of Christians are this way--and constantly preaching--because they are trying to convince themselves that Christianity is not illogical. It is, I think. The fact they think Jesus is G-d is illogical, to me. G-d is G-d. G-d is One.
